i installed an AEM cold air intake last night and when i started driving i got a CEL. when i got home i checked everything and it turns out the breather hose came off, so i figured it was that. so today i put a new hose clamp on there and it's on real good, but i still have the CEL. any suggestions?????
Most cars reset the CEL after a few cold starts (like 3 or so) if you take care of the ofending problem. Or you can find somebody with a computer to turn it off...
btw... when you reset the ECU... do you reset everything in the computer? including the idle air volume control which sets your idling rpm (if nissan bumps it up already for ya for those light weight flywheel)?!
