from what I've seen by searching this forum for hours on end and looking at dyno's when I was making this same decision there aren't huge amounts of HP to really be gained by any of them. Many dyno's show a zero HP gain and then some guys are getting 10-20 HP. Based on this I just went with what I thought looked and sounded great. I'm not sure how much my HP increased but I can say I noticed a significant difference in the powerband because that flat spot around 4500-5000 RPM's is gone and it pulls all the way to the redline now. It's a pretty noticeable difference but I don't know how much HP that translates into.

All the research I've done seems to show 4-7 HP Max... nothing more.

Many CAI's result in loss of torque, however.

Wont make a whole lot with just a catback. get the whole thing with headers, test pipes, y, and catback. that might get you 20-25 whp with an intake.

IMO based on this I would rather go with a pop charger rather than a CAI.

You will maximize your breathing mods by getting your ECU tuned.

I'd rather do $6-8k in N/A mods for high 12's than $15k for F/I.
