Not a lot of people have HELIX HF CATS... But with a little research, which I suggest, you will find all the answers you need to make a decision. I did my research and I chose to go with HELIX for few reasons, beautiful construction, 200cell metal substrate internals, made from SS and passed unofficial CAL. emissions.
I will be honest though, they are not as easy to install as others. I had to slightly, I do really mean slightly, modify my inner floor board to keep these from vibrating or making contact at a certain point. It took 5 minutes and was no biggy, seriously. I also had to go by Pepboys and get a U bracket with rubber mounts to create my own connection to the OEM brace. Works fine...again, it took me 1/2 to install the brackets. Overall I am very happy with the HELIX HF cats and would by them again if I had the choice. You can see my original thread here...

My other HF recommendations...

UR HF cats = fair price and good internals, if I remember correctly
Crawford Cats = OEM look, fair price, not sure about the internals...most likely good.

Good luck,
