It's actually not ever quieter than stock. I have the hyper with no other exhaust mods, and it's always at least a little louder through the whole RPM band. When you are in upper RPMs or under a little load it just wakes up a little more.
I've never heard the WS in person, I wish I could compare it for you.

Has anyone heard both the Tanabe Hyper and the Fujitsubo?? How would you compare??
