I dynoed my car this past weekend and I did a 268.5whp. don't know much about dyno but they did it with dynapack. I have Injen CAI and exhaust, crank pulley and motordyne spacer. I don't have a baseline but I'm satisfied with the result.

The filter is inside the bumper, so rain doesn't matter. It would only matter if you submerged your car in about 12-18 inches of water. The NISMO/AEM intakes have a water diverter (you can get those for just about any CAI) in the unlikely event you decide to go scuba diving in your Z.

Maybe this is a dumb question but sitting behind the bumper where the picture shows it would still have a good possibility of sucking in water.

What size is the spacer?

I agree about the position of the MAF. Its the same as most intakes including the Typhoon above.
