Default Crawford upgrades. What to expect?

What can I realistically expect from the entire Crawford package (throttle body, plenum, headers, cats) with a reflash to go with it? I already have a pop charger and Injen exhaust.

Sorry

The only Baseline is the other "G" with the RevUp engine. As far as TB Mods go, I don't know what you have in mind. My Butterfly was modded to open all the way when I had my ECU flashed. With the ECU change, I did get a higher Red Line, other than that I didn't notice much difference.

Approximately 20 whp. According to Doug the throttle body will give you more power if you have or plan to install cams. Otherwise the throttle body only gives you one or two addtional horsepower.

Wounder how well it would work with the new cams in the 300hp motor.

From what we've seen, upgrades such as the plenums, and headers etc.. work very well on the rev up 300hp motor. These engines benefit more from plenum upgrades than the previous engines. It's all about how the motor is designed and where the motor makes its power....

I would guess around 20 peak rwhp, with the real gains comming throughout the midrange making the car a lot more responsive and fun to drive. I would hold off on the ECU reflash at this time. It will not be worth the money if you end up going with cams later, plus there are now some better alternatives for timing and A/F tuning such as the Greddy Emange Ultimate. If you do get a reflash I would only recommend the Limited Spec flash which fixes the TB opening, increases the rev limiter and removes the speed limiter.

What, if any, gains could one expect with the larger throttle body and a supercharger? I am pushing 400rwhp now and wonder if the upgrade would be worth it.

Thats a reason why I wanted the reflash to begin with.

It talked to AAM and they said that the throttle body opening thing is not true. They said that if you have a pooring reading machine then it will only say 80%. But it opens 100% from the factory.

Skip the reflash and go Greddy Emanage Ultimate. Way more tunable and you can get your A/F dead nuts on. I promise you cant do that with TS Flash

Can the emanage ultimate adjust cam timing? I don't think it can, but I know the reflash can.

No cam timing, just ignition timing.

Cam timing can be adjusted with the reflash but not the EU. There is some work being done right now with a Motec setup to learn more about the effects of adjusting cam timing on our engines. It may be the key to the 300+ rwhp barrier.
