My impression on the JWT Pop Charger...
I ordered the pop charger + heat shield 2 days ago,
and installed it the evening the package came.
The heatshield install was a pain because we didn't
have the tools that would easily get the two small
screws into the air snorkel (duct). We managed
to get only one in after spending so much time on it.
Filter install was easy.
Started the engine cold, and let it warm up for
about 10 minutes. Seem fine, and idle was
pretty smooth. There were minute fluctuations
if any.
Tapped the pedal a little, and there's that cool
whoosh sound like BOV.
Acceleration felt quicker and Z wanted to rev higher.
Throttle felt lighter, and my shifts felt better
because I kept revving to 4k.
Milage.. bout 1015. I haven't really punched it yet,
but it's already a joy to drive.
BTW.. got the Bose subwoofer grill. Gonna slap it
over my 10" JL tomorrow. Pictures sooN!
