What about the Injen CAI? 350evo claims
"The Injen 350Z cold air intake is good for a 10.9 HP increase and a 4.6 ft-lbs increase in torque"
they also use it in their grand am cup cars. Is this hype or what? Trying to decide what to order

The kit comes with the actuall "pop charger" and the heat shield and all the necessary bolts and stuff. It also comes with a CARB sticker. Check out www.avalonracing.net

And about that injen 10.9 hp increase..... MAYBE if you had a test pipes, exhaust, plenum, and a bunch of other stuff on your car. But if you are stock and just are getting the popcharger or any other CAI, you can expect around 5hp gain.

The thing that I think makes the most difference from intake to intake is the different sounds each intake provides. My friends nismo, for example, in comparison to my JWT pop charger sound wise goes like this:
1. His engine is louder and higher pitched.
2. The JWT has a louder, more audible "whoosh" (I guess becuase it is closer to the cabin)
3. His nismo, IMO, with all the tubing looks way cooler.
4. At 4k and up, the JWT starts screaming..the nismo is consistantly loud.
