Ok, I used to have a 2002 Subaru WRX. In the right front fender compartment, it had a resonation box, or silencer if you will. When removed, it changed the engine tone, and freed up a couple of ponies along with the addition of a K&N drop in filter. Does anyone know if the Z has such a box, and if it can be removed to help the breating out any?
