I'm not crazy about the colorization effect on this piece but the single can exhaust is pretty popular whether on a Honda or a Z.
Here is another single (JIC). Do you hate on it too?
It's not just the single can, or the strap holding it up, or the humongous size of the whole thing, or how low it hangs, or the exit angle, or the colorization. I have the Amuse titanium, so I have no aversion to that. However, put all those things together and you have the makings of one fugly exhaust. The JIC actually works.

fair enough. I actually agree completely with that. Not crazy about that exhaust due to a combination of factors.

I like that too. Its a lot like the old Top Secret Ti (now discontinued). But the 5Zigen is a true dual which doesnt work for me (ST needs a single pipe).

Touche'! However, when I do get around to buying a "real" exhaust system it sure won't be some Honda Civic inspired rainbow-colored fartcan (titanium or tin, don't matter to me) held on with a strap.

I guess all those 600-900 HP Supra's running single exit systems are clown cars...

Too each his own.. I think it can look good if applied correctly. For example the Greddy rear valence with only one cutout for the exhaust would make it look way better.

Well it sounds nice IMO, looks functional and ti like, so I'd go ahead and take the weight savings and functionality of the single exhaust. Oh yeah- and you can't beat that price either for a ti can and quality single exit.

Yup, those are HKS Hi Power Carbon Ti cans, 170mm canister size, I just ordered two without the carbon fiber to do the same setup only my mufflers will be pointing straight back and not at an angle. Total cost of mufflers put together : $535 shipped, and I think it will sound every bit as good as the actual HKS system or any other system out there, but I'll post clips and dynos so you can decide for yourself once it gets installed. after a lot of research, i think this is the best way to go.
