Question Yes yet another TP/Plenum Question lol

Well sort of a what should I get for the best gains kind of question...

Right now I have the RS*R Exmag GT2 catback exhaust and just a cone filter up front...

My plans are to get the AAM plenum spacer and AAM test pipes...I was wondering which should I get first and get the most gains???

I've searched and found claimed 10whp gain from the plenum spacer but I couldnt find anything on the Test pipes.

Any O2 anyone????

Test pipes are simply an open pipe with nothing inside. Besides fit an finish, I cant see one brand being “better” than the other.

Test Pipes = bad if you want a decent exhaust sound.

rsr is loud already and with test pipes it might be annoying loud, not nice loud. However, i'd suggest getting resonated test pipes for a nice race car type sound. eseially w/ the RSR. Laboree, kinetix or megan are all good. I had megans and i liked them. Just be prepared for a stinky garage

Test pipes will make your car VERY loud. With my Nismo exhaust which is quieter then your exhaust I expect. It made my car 10x louder. I have a set of test pipes I will sell you for 50.00 + shipping if you want =)
They are Helix non-resonated.

The megans i had were fine. The whole "megan sucks" thing.. most of them crack b/c of some fitment issues and install issues with aftermarket exhaust(Nismo and Fujitsubo mostly). I had mien and they were good. Fit fine cept it was a little close to the passanger side body..but like had a 2-3cm gap..so i was fine with that. Sound..it was def louder lol.
