Is anyone here still waiting for the HKS exhaust? I'm dont really wanna wait anymore....so I wanna get a new exhaust. So just want to know if majority of people still want to wait for the HKS or they already got something better....

i'm lucky to get my when they first had it out......it's been almost a year since i had this exhaust.......everybody that is waitin' on it should wait...it will be worth it

 

NEXT YEAR? haha... This is just fantastic... I wonder how big the backlog will be on this exhaust by the time they finally ship some exhausts to the US, i have a hard time seeing that they will be able to meet the backlog and demand...

I paid in full 3½ months ago to some fool en eBay claiming to have one in stock (i even mailed to confirm it), but after i paid it turned out they didnt have one and promised me they would have it within 2 weeks... I even asked them to confirm it with HKS which they said they did...

Atleast i got it for a very good price and they returned me 50% of the $270 shipping cost to Sweden because they screwed up. So i guess its as good as it gets concidering the backlog situation (which i was aware of when ordering). This seller has like 99.99% possitive feedback with over 2.000 transactions, so hopefully they can be trusted with my money during this time.(I should demand intrest )

For me waiting dosent matter much anymore now since i stored my car for the winter last week, so i wont be driving it until late may early april anyway, so HOPEFULLY it would have arrived by then so when i take the car out it would be a totally new experience with the HKS and Strup headers fitted


Before deciding on the HKS i spent ~100 hours searching the forums and internet about 350Z exhausts, listening to like 100 sound samples etc. For me the HKS is the clear choise for best sound and looks.

Lets pray for a HKS delivery soon!!

take the ETA's anyone has given you and throw out em the window. HKS has no ETA AT ALL for the system

 

Ill wait..winter is coming and the car cant be driven anyway..im dieing to hear it..Does anyone have a sound clip for it?

early next year...holy ****. WTF HKS...how come it is taking soo long to make these exhausts? ****, if its going to be next year, I might just get another exhaust myself. This is rediculous. If any dealers can call HKS, get the low down on whats going on for all of us anxious customers.

 

there is no early next year, no nothing. There is no eta whatsoever

 

I have 3 coming in tomorrow and 2 are spoken for......but theyre for the G35 Coupe.

 

Im not kidding...thats what i was told at Intense Motorsports...early next year container arriving and I had to pay for all of it up front...

 

yep get phone calls every day on them no ETA what so ever no one knows when they are coming

 

Just great. what is taking them so long to make them? I hope I at least get it by March. I plan to go F/I by then.
