Default Gruppe M intake Install !!! help plz

does anyone know where the 2nd tube (very large and kind of see thru)connects to? also, for the three openings on the intake chamber; I know the one in the front connetcs to the black tube and goes down to the front bumper and the one in the back right behind the filter connects to the OEM intake tube, but what about the one on the side facing downward with 4 screws sticking out around it?

I don't think people will help you here. Not much people buy a $800 intake setup!

If no one knows what it's supposed to connect to, then i guess i will just hook it up to my varis air duct.

I'm sure you can call Gruppe-M direct and get some answers. It didn't come with instructions? I think there are a couple ppl on the board with this intake so look around.

I thought a true ram air system is supposed to be fully enclosed. If i connect the first opening as shown in the above pic (thx for posting the pics) to the varis air duct and the thrid to the air scoop, would it enchance the performance since there is more air going into the intake chamber?

I believe the lower most opening takes air from the fender well - I doubt you would be able to connect the lower opening to anything as it sits on an odd angle, pointed at the fender well, but without much room to connect anything to it.

Anyone know the gains on the Gruppe-M? I've only seen it a couple of times but haven't seen or heard any data re: HP and TQ gains... Sound? is it comparable to a JWT popcharger?

? ? ? ?? ? ? ?

If you hook it to your Varis air duct and it rains.....major problems.
