Whistle Noise After Header Install

I recently got the Strup headers installed on my '04 Coupe. Now for some reason, whenever I shut the engine off after driving, after about 10 seconds of silence, I hear a loud whiny whistle noise coming from under the hood. It starts out quiet and then gets louder, staying on for about 10 seconds.
I opened the hood and it seems to be coming from somwhere deep in the engine bay.
Could it be some kind of exhaust leak, as there are no odd smells, no CEL, and no other problems of any kind since the install?
Thanks.
Jason

well, you do have more air moving through the exhaust system now, but should hear a whistle...
sounds like they have the crank case blow by hose that goes into the bottom of your intake tube crimped / bent so its not wide open...

Jasons right. I had that on my car when i installed my intake manifold. Its pretty common and its not bad. If you shut ur car off in a garage w/ ur hood open it sounds like a loud WHOOOSH that gets louder as it stops. I figured its the vacuum in the engine filling w/ air :-D Who knew?
