Default After motordyne installation

Well basically install wasnt really all that hard just took quite a bit of time. Ran into a problem with allen wrench on TB i stripped a bolt and didnt have the right size to hammer in, had to call in my mechanic to quickly rid of that problem...

Question though, after it was all said an done no leaks that im aware of, but last night i ran with an SRT that beat me by about 4 cars before my recent 4 mods... and i beat him by 2 cars but he said i shot flames on a shift...

I really need to install my innovated WB to see my A/F but all i know is i must be running rich now badly, is this just because of recent install of spacer/TBheater/test pipes? maybe it will go away once ECU recognizes?

no sound clips yet, but it is way deeper and idle is a lot louder i loved letting it idle in my garage, til test pipe fumes got to me and i almost passed out

But the spacer in my mind is the best mod yet, it pulls like no other, cant wait to get my nittos and throw em on there and get out on some dry streets. The test pipes so far are my 2nd fav mod, and i would do exhaust but im gonna wait til after turbo. So i dunno whats next for me, save a crapload for turbo, or system... rather do turbo, but rather keep warranty...

any ideas?

i don't understand why you think you're richer after adding breathing mods.
flames are from no cats.

ok well I was just checking... no reason to bash or anything. And yes you can feel a difference with it and hear a difference. It was the 5/16" thermal spacer with copper TB heater

Post a photo of your car shooting flames. That wound be worthwhile because I often misplace my cigarette lighter.

With all of the extra breathing mods it should be running a little leaner...shouldn't it?.. maybe until the ECU slightly adjusts for this. In Sport Z mag. when they did the plenum shootout all of the A/F ratios looked really close so it must be the deleted cats.

I too have the Motordyne spacer and love it. You can feel the extra power in the seat of the pants.

Your sig says "Megan". So do you have their test pipes (the resonated ones). If you do, how do you like them, how long have you had them, how would you consider the build quality. Thanks

the flames are from the cats... I think that pretty mean if ever i saw flames come out of the exhaust. I jus dont want that raspy sound and bad fumes.. Im leaning towards the APS Test pipes or Alphawerks test pipes? Which do u guys prefer?

Well ive had them for prolly 4 weeks, the sound was different but easy to get used to and now i LOVE the unique sound it spits out, im thinking about going APS 2.5" exhaust with the unres tp cause i love how much more significance it made to the note... and also felt a little in the butt on install so i would rec, and for only 150, cant go wrong...

i-m-racing.com has them 149 free shipping
