I bought several grand worth of parts from gruppe-s for my WRX and I always considered them the best vendor I've ever used. I hope they make it right for you...

 

well just to chime in, i called about the helix exhuast when it first introduced on this forum then also called when they were offering a free dyno testing and both times they said they were gonna call me back and they never did. I hear their customer service is good but i have yet to experience it.

 

good to order parts... thats about it... don't expect great customer service, but you will definitely get your parts thats for sure

 

ill give a positive response on gruppe-s. yes they are very hard to get ahold of, but they always come thru with parts. and the prices are great. its just what you deal with when you go thru the low-price hi volume distributors. you could spend more at another shop and get better service, its all up to the consumer.

Sorry to anyone who has had a negative experience with our company. We just hired 2 additional customer service staff, bringing the total customer service staff to 6 to help you with your performance needs. I think very few distributors / retailers across the country will have 6 customer service reps that are intimately familiar with high performance modifications.

That said, we are unfortunately a high volume business experiencing growing pains, and you will find that all our phone lines are fully lit up (we have 5 lines) throughout the day. The best time to call would be after 1pm PST, although messages are responded to prompty.

Ditto. I haven't bought any Z parts from them, but they have allways been very informative, professional and allways got my parts to me when I needed them for my wrx.

 

stillen Y-pipe only costs 250.00
IMO...excellent quality, fit and finish...easy to install with no issues.

 

In their defense, they did offer me a Fujitsubo Y for cost. Still cost me a good chunk to replace the junk but, i have a really good Y pipe now instead of a copy.

 

Sorry I didn't get back to you, but I don't get on Z boards too often these days. I looked around and can not find a receipt, but they should have my name on file if there is still anything to work out.

It's cool, it's been taken care of.

 

I used Gruppe-S for some of my WRX parts and had excellent help and service. Any issues were always taken care of in a professional manner. I only wish they had a larger selection of Z parts.

 

on a brighter note check the group buy section and pick up a megan y pipe on cheap.

 

I bought my Helix 3" catback for my Z at Gruppe-S and Gary was very imformative and gave me great tips on which direction i should mod my Z. The Customer service was GREAT! i couldnt ask for more. Hopefully they will stock in more Z parts so i have a local place to purchase Z parts.
