I didn't feel any difference, in fact I thought the car went faster just because of the noise it was making lol. Its crazy loud & mean sounding. I remember at our local meet I had another Z tailing me on a crusie and when we pulled over to stop he asked "What exhaust is that? It sounds mean!"

I just bought one for $345. Bought the test pipes, the 3" y pipe, and this exhaust. I don't know everybody says it is real loud in here and those sound clips sound great. If anything I can add another resonator in there to quiet it down.

Just bought one today for $300. Tried putting it on and only got one hanger and one bolt off. I need a deep socket wrench. The bolts are abnormaly long.

Yeah, I got that part. But it was just the bolts that connect the muffler to the mid pipe were too long for my socket. Now everything show work out fine.

The cat back is a Top speed. The other parts I dunno figure just some off brand. I have not received the items as I just purchased it Saturday. I'm going to dyno tonight to get a baseline.

keep us posted on your results. It might be too much trouble, but can you dyno the exhaust and the other parts seperately?
Thanx.

Nah, I only want to install this shiat once. I don't work at the shop I do sales so it takes away from me making money and I'm also too impatient to wait more than a day for all this lol.

I did dyno it stock today. Thursday the rest of the stuff should be here so I should be dynoing again on Friday.

Here is my stock dyno from tonight. One is third, one is fourth gear.

Default try invidia n1

when i was looking for an exhaust, it was between topspeed, rsr, and invidia n1. they are practically the same design, look; all obnoxiously loud. i went with invidia cause i got a great deal and i though tit sounded deeper. piping is 2.75; perfect balance between 2.5 and 3". didnt feel a loss of torque at all. i think it works perfect with an intake. whatever you do. try listening to them in person. hell abetter than videos. invidia gives an awesome exotic, tuned note at WOT.
good luck.

I got the top speed test pipe and top speed cat back on today. Holy ****. I would definately not recommend it. Don't go by the soundclips. I went by them and was like man this thing sounds sick. Well it does except it is just entirely way too loud. The car definately picked up power and I will confirm it on the dyno Monday probably. However this exhaus is definately coming off soon. It is by far the loudest car I have ever owned. Then again it is the first NA car I have had with a 3". Right now though it seriously sounds like I'm a damn ricer.

Maybe its because of the test pipes? Does anybody know if the 300 dollar ebay exhausts are reliable?

Haha don't say we didn't warn you when we said it was rattle your brain and interior loud. But it does take a special person to be able to put up with it that's for sure heh.

Haha, I was SO expecting that. That's another reason why I plan on getting test pipes and headers.
