Default Exhaust Silencers are Stuck???

here's the set up, I have an RSR exmag GT2 exhaust...

The silencers are stuck and I can't remove them. Anyone have this happen or any good ideas as to how I can removed them?

Thanks for any feedback.

Yup had this happen to me on my RSR.

Heres what you do you spray it with WD-40 and get some pliers and yank it out.

did you have any worry about pulling too hard? I'm not a noob or unfamiliar with this exhaust, but I don't want to rip the whole damn thing off the car. I was pulling really hard the last time I tried.

nope pull as hard as you like just pull on one side then the other so you dont pull it out at an angle and get it more stuck

Haha that's funny, every time I put my silencers on my RSR I tell myself one day they are going to get stuck. It's on there pretty good, but it does a good job it almost sounds stock.

just did that a few nights ago... it was horrible!! i have invidia N1.. 1 side got stuck.. i pulled for about 15 min. with a plier.. didnt ruin it but scratched my exhaust interior a bit!!! so put some paper or tissue over the plier tip or something.. towel probably works too. i also put a lil oil to try help.. bah..

worst part, i didn't want to put it in too deep.. now i lost 1 silencer on the road running on 1 silencer..

it's most likely angled and stuck (happened to me). i took the handle end of a rubber mallet and stuck it in the silencer to straighten it out, then put a pair of vice grips on it to hold it straight and it slid right out...
