really the biggest trick to getting the corners on without taking off the bumer is to get one of those "snake" extensions for your screwdriver, it will require two people, one guy to pull the bumper of the bumper out a little bit, and the other to hold and turn the screwdriver. Oh yeah and obviosly you have to take of the spalsh pan underneath the car, once you get under there and look, youll see what im talking about.

As for the intake, its easy the only part that is a little tough is i had to cut the little plastic vent to get it out(where the CAI feed through, ill post some pics of it when i get time
