Default Weird noise from HKS exhaust?

Yo guys!, I got my HKS Hi-power Ti dual exhaust sys last week and installed it. It sound really nice, but....there's a weird noise at low rpm. It's not the rumble of the exhaust but more like scratchy, raspy sound .

It usually come up when my Z start to move, when the car get pass 2000rpm it gone....then change to 2nd gear...it there for a bit then gone. However, if I really step on the gas a bit more (not even half way) the those sound would not appear. It's not a rattle kindda noise, but it something i never heard before....is that something wrong with the exhaust?

Anyone with HKS exhaust have this problem too? Please help....>_<

Relax. Every exhaust sounds different from the OEM exhaust. What you get is what you get.

I get this vibration noise when going into reverse or going slow forward. I think it's rubbing up against something. You may have to get your installer to check it out.

there was a thread on this awhile ago, the reason it is scratchy i think, correct me if i am wrong, is becasue it is H piped, not X piped so you get each cylinder bank firing down its own tube at different times so its sounds uneven and each detonation is much more pronounced. to fix that you would need to weld in a x pipe then you would have both banks crossing paths and exiting at the same time. i think...

is this a serious problem if i don't do it? or it just the nature of this exhaust?
