Welcome to the forum. Just a little advise: members will tell you that the best is what they have on their Z. I recommend that you

a. Set a budget.
b. Decide what configuration you want. Single. Dual. One or two mufflers. Y-pipe?
c. Shop for catback exhaust systems which meets your budget and selection criteria.
d. Pick your favorite.

Out of the exhausts you listed, I would get the nismo. The HKS is overpriced IMO, and unless you are going TT, I think the nismo sounds better on a N/A setup.

For test pipes, I would get the APS test pipes

For the intake, I would get neither the nismo or HKS, and most likely keep the stock intake - an intake isn't really anything more than engine bay eye candy. If you want an intake, get the JWT pop charger for just over 100 bucks.

For FI even a 2.5" exhaust would be sufficient for up to 500 whp.
