It shuts off engine at high speeds(100+) when rpm drops to idling level.

Never happened to me and had car a 145+ and put car in neutral. I think that claim is BS.

No, after reading this and others I didn't want to risk going 120 around a curve and have engine shutting off. Not worth the 5-6WHP gains.

This seems to have only happened to 03 owners, and only when going WOT and then putting the car in neutral (how often do you do that anyways?)

I checked under the hood only to find that the vaccumm 1/2 hose from the UTR had come loose. Poped that baby back in there and now I have done 120 + a couple of times and droped to neutral and just let it coast and the RPM`s stay about 700 while you`re doing 120 mph, feels a litltle strange but now the engine won`t kill anymore, thought I share...

Why would the engine go idle around a curve, unless you downshifted improperly? And who's really going to take many curves at 70+..and not highway bends..but actual turns!

A good driver knows what to do if it did happen.
Might as well never low profile summer tires also cause I don't want to go around a curve at 120 and have a tire blow.
I have an '03 Touring and NEVER had ANY problems with the JWT PopCharger.

This has happened to me too, at the drag strip, but it's been a while.

The ECU has issues adjusting briefly. I remedied it by tapping the gas after letting up, as it settled to idle.
