Default Headers,test pipes,y-pipe-243$!!??

Anybody heard of T-Pros?
well this guy is selling quite a bit of hardware for dirt cheap?
Whats the worst that can happen with these parts?
aside from maybe sounding like SH*t and not performing Quitee as well, dosent sound like a bad deal to play around with.

pardon me, but where did you get that false idea?

Nissan, Honda, or anything, it's all about spending your money smart. Cheap or not is up to the user. There are good performance parts out there for every car, and the prices are ranging from dirt cheap to very expensive.

Those test pipes definitely look like the Meagan brands. Here's one of mine after a couple months...

I have the ypipe from them and I got it for $70 bucks! It has been fine for me. I figured $70 is nothing and worth a try. Now it is true i would not run those headers because it's already a pain to install, so imagine having to do it twice because a header cracked! TPs and ypipes are cool because you can replace those easily.

From all my reading throughout this forum and others. Megan products are decent. I'd say I've only heard about 25% of them failing (cracks etc.) and the rest hanging pretty well.
I wouldn't mess with their headers b/c of install pricing and if one were to mess up. But testpipes, well worth the $70 or $80 bucks on ebay. jm2c

these test pipes and y pipes arent Megan. the Megan brand ones are $125(test pipes) and 175(y-pipe)... this is like T pros , and then theres another even Cheeeaper one that straight up says "generic" and it has the same specs as the T pros one.....

and for those of you who DO have these test and y's, did they bolt straight on? the test pipes say 2.25 inlet and 2.5 outlet...which will bolt up to the 2.5 inlet of the ypipe ...but will the stock pipe bolt up to the the 3.0 outlet of the ypipe?

sorry, newbie.

my bad, I skimmed through this thread before I posted so I kind of picked up the wrong brand. Just my 2 cents for you. I say drop that idea and pic up a catback for $250 shipped. I got one from the sponsor on this site. The P.I.T. exhaust and then worry about the TP, headers and Y Pipe.

Also, you won't get but so much feedback with Ebay products. Most people hate Ebay on here. Ebay's my friend with my experience so I may try that Y Pipe or TP's. good luck bro

I got the T-pro TP's sitting here in front of me and they look as good a quality as Xerd or Kinetix. Will they crack like the picture of the Megans? Don't know. But I do know that I have heard of plenty of the other brands cracking etc, price dosent seem to matter. Your setup seems to matter more. I am looking at the Tpros y pipe also, for the price it is incredible. Shoot, why pay more? My NISMO y pipe has the flex sections beat to hell and back, want to replace it. I can buy several Tpros y pipes for the price of one NISMO pipe.

that is not the point. Test pipe is just a pipe. I don't see the point spending $300 for it. I had Random Technology Cat ($600) and the sound was the same as Topspeed tp ($100). I end up replaced the RT Cat with topspeed tp

Quick Reply: Headers,test pipes,y-pipe-243$!!??
