Nismo? I am amazed to how similar it is. I like the Fujitsubo's tips more, don;t have to clean as much as the Nismos rolled tips.

Great writeup and pictures. Hope to see it at a meet soon.

Yeah, the exhaust if very similar to Nismo. In fact, Fujitsubo designed the Nismo Weldina/S-Tune exhaust for the Z. However, Fujitsubo's own Legalis-R sounds different. It is not as loud as the Nismo, but it is a lot deeper.

On a related note, I burned 1/2 tank of gas in about a day and a half!

HAhah...nobody told me how to compress it! I think it's even too big to send as an attachment on gmail since each file is around 20MB or so...

This setup is perfect for me since it sounds similar to stock, especially inside the cabin. Outside, it just sounds like a crisper, sexier version of stock! Only thing I will be adding will be a Pop Charger in about a month or so.

As a side note, if you guys love how your car looks, ask someone else to drive it down the street. I was honestly surprised at how much better it looked driving down the road versus just standing there! Both myself and Bryan got to view our respective cars in action!
I accidentally bottom out and the exhaust took a major whack. It bent things enough to cause alignment issues and it was never the same again.
My loss!

Okay, here's the video files as promised. Nothing special, but it will allow you guys to compare the two setups captured on the same camera:

BhashaZ - Fujitsubo Legalis-R (y-pipe, mid-pipe, muffler)

Around Corner
Down Street 1
Up Street 1
Down Street 2***
Up Street 2

B-Unit - JWT Pop Charger, Helix HFC, JIC y-pipe, Fujitsubo Legalis-R (mid-pipe, muffler)

Around Corner
Down Street 1***
Up Street 1
Down Street 2

If you don't want to download all the videos, I think the best for comprisons are the ones with (***) by them. Enjoy!

Is it just me, or do they sound very similar? The Fujitsubo one seems to have almost a two-tone sound.. I don't know.. I can't really tell..

would it be possible to get better sound clips then? perhaps closer to the cars this time instead of being far away?

Sounds like - start up, rev to different rpms then redline, drive by, inside the cabin

Hahah..it's difficult to tell on the vids, but Bryan's is definately much louder than mine! I guess we can get together and this time I'll use my camcorder as well. Hopefully there won't be as much wind noise either.

I also have vids before/after of mine starting up and idling, and before/after of mine revving. However, to me they sound very much the same. Unfortunately, I guess that's the best the camera can pick up. I'm hoping the camcorder can do better.
