I chose Kinetix HFC because they are not as flashy. If a cop decides to check out my undercarriage with a mirror the kinetix look stock, the RT's don't.

Since you're in CA I would suggest keeping this kind of thing in mind.

they are nice, and do have the highest flow second to test pipes. that being said they are raspy with my hks exhaust, but thats becasue of their flow rate i think. ive had them for 20,000 miles with no problems.

I have had them for a couple years. I had them with my Fujitsubo exhaust and now my Veilside full Titanium exhaust. I love it. I have had no problem with rasp.

I have the RT high flows with my Nismo catback and it can get pretty damn loud. Sounds good, not much of a rasp to them. Curious to see how they will sound once I get my turbo installed.

RT with the nismo cat back system sounds finuckg awesome. Only raspy in 1st gear, and only when you first take off. I love mine. Louder than I thought, but still nice.
Nice power gains with the two.

It's no use, newbs have tunnel vision and selectively omit posts that they don't want to see.

Some folks wont get it. +1 avoid otherwise you will have a set of 600 dollar test pipes on your hands. Why do I know? Because there is a pair of 600 dollar RT/ Test pipes sitting in my garage.

I love how people say you will have a set of $600 test pipes. I have had them for two years and NO PROBLEMS. There are alot of people that did not have problems. Sure there are alot of people that did have problems. All I know is that I always let the car warm up before stompin on the gas, and I LOVE mine.
