Re-installing the stock strut bar over a plenum spacer is a b^$#& (not sure about the Motordyne one since it has measured inserts).
I figured out how many spacer to add to each bolt of the strut bar so that the plenum clears and doesn’t rattle against the strut all the time while still making the hood flush with the fenders.
BUT sometimes, when I accelerate, it rattles against the bar, enough for me to hear and feel it slightly.
QUESTION IS: Will an engine damper prevent this from happening (Stillen, Topspeed, etc.)? I really don't want to go back and redo the spacers.
Thanks

Probably not, people who have installed the engine dampners report that the in-cabin vibrations increased. Think about it - you're establishing another connection between the engine and the frame.
