Default Hydro Shields

Does anyone have experience with CAI Hydro Shields? Is it the answer to driving rains affecting MAF's and/or prevention of hydro-lock? I had an experience in a driving rain storm where I kept getting engine stall above 50 mph. It was the CAI. I'm thinking switching to the JWT PoP Charger. Comments please !

Once in a blue moon does anyone have problem with a long CAI and water intake. If the hydro-shield gives you confidence driving in the rain, go for it.
