Default JIC DE Type-2 exhaust

Does anyone have this exhaust in Ti or SS? I have been thinking of purchasing for quite some time now but I can not find anything at all about this exhaust, just the type-1. Thanks for the help.

Check out the other thread about this exhaust.

I'm also considering this exhaust.

I found it minutes after I posted this but there still isn't too much info on it, I would like some sound clips and whatnot. Maybe a few people that have it comment on it.

ravensaxe:

You're right and you have good taste. There's hardly any info on either of the type 2 kits (SUS and titanium). This is probably due to the fact that hardly anybody has it even though it was one of the first exhausts available for the Z.

If there was more info on this exhaust, I'm sure I would have bought it by now. Also, I've been to all kinds of local meets but I've never met anyone running it even though I have seen it stocked at a couple of shops in Southern California.

In my opinion, it's the closest thing to my style that I've seen on the market but I don't believe in buying an exhaust until I'm sure about the sound. For me, the understated German/European OEM look is the absolute cleanest looking exhaust for the Z33. Our cars should have come stock with that style tip(s). It's no coincidence that Honda ripped it off when they slightly made-over the S2000. I also like the fact that it utilizes a 3" diameter as I'd like to get a turbo kit within a year or so.

amen guys, we need to figure it out. whats the deal with this thing? I wrote a thread on this a few months back, absolutly nothing...I agree - love the European look. I'm pretty sure it comes in "non-torched" Ti as well (no "in your face" blue). Someone has to have it on here...

I thought about getting this exhaust but i just didn't like how the muffler looked. That and i never heard it in person. But here's a thread that i was looking at that made me really get interested... sounds sexy from teh video.
