I have some dispute with Zivman's measurement and picture above. The very first flange, that bolts to the cats, before the flex section, does measure like in that picture, and in fact, narrows some more before the flex (very short section - maybe a couple of inches or so see last picture). But the rest of the system does not. It measured, as best as I could do it, around 2.25 or a little more. (see pictures). Which makes sense for 60 millimeter = 2.362 204 724 inch. Why is it narrow at the very front? I have no idea. I emailed them about it, but like most of these 350Z parts companies, no answer is normal, their US reps knowing nothing is also typical. If I ever get an answer I will post. I did note that the non-Ti Track straight tip on their website now lists 60mm piping and a H pipe. Don't know when they changed it, the set I got has a Magnaflow X pipe muffler, don't think it came with a h-pipe.
