Default Has anyone hacked a greddy evo 2 or evo tt?

has anyone ever cut the resonators out of a greddy evo2 or evo TT exhaust?

I wanna keep the muflers but I think the resonators might be a little too restrictive. Would it be ridiculously loud?

I haven't hacked my EVO2, but just by putting some test pipes on the car, its really loud. I would assume removing the resonators would give you the same result. Plus, why would you want to hack up that pretty stainless? If you're boosting, just custom make some open dumps. My cousin made his using solenoids.....he hits a switch on the inside of the car and it switches the exhaust from catback to open dumps. pretty sweet.

I have SVRT open dumps... I don't care much for lookin blingy. Besides you can't see the resonators.
