I did search, came up with 3 threads, nothing too useful. I found the sound clip on the Data System website and it sounds nice. I have the Injen SES TD right now, but am looking for something a little cleaner looking. Would the Basstar be a step up or down from the Injen performance wise? It looks like this is a y-pipe back system, so I would be losing the TD. I'm staying n/a for now. MIGHT go FI in another year or so.

Doesn't look like anything special. Go with an HKS.

 

Yeah by looking at the picture my opinion is that your Injen system looks as clean or cleaner than the Basstar system. I personally prefer the look of a transverse-mount rear muffler to fill in some space between the outlet pipes. I think Invidia makes a true-dual system with a transverse mount rear if you are interested in that at all.

 

Thanks for the replies. I do like the HKS, just not the price. The Invidia G200 is nice too, that may be a contender.
