Default 1/2 Plenum Spacer

Hello,
This being my first post, i hope i dont get flamed for it.
I wanted to get the 1/2 plenum spacer but know that it wont allow the hood to close with the stock strut brace on, but is there any after market strut brace that will fit? If not ill just go with the 5/16th spacer.

Thanks

1/2" is too big. AAM's angled plenum spacer or MD's 3/8" spacer will fit fine.

Welcome. Look at photos of strut braces. Some are designed to fit in front of the motor. With this type of brace, you can install a 6-inch spacer if you want.

I think all there is a slightly different engine note. Maybe +/- 1-2 hp if anyhing and I think it happens near redline.

OP, if you have a rev-up motor, get the MREV 2 and the 5/16 spacer.

Cheers,

I looked at these Mrev and 5/16", under the spacer the websites has 2 other option one is basic, one is iso thermal, the other one is copper iso thermal.
Do these make different power? Im planning to go wtih the basic one cause its alot cheaper, any info helps. Thank u.

In a colder climate like ur in --go with the valve assy, In the warmer/Hotter climates use the Copper TB spacer for the re route of coolant. Call Motordyne and talk to them
