Default smoke from under the car. exhaust leak?

so i took my car in for an oil change. before that my average oil psi at hw speeds was at about 90psi. now it hovers at 60psi.
then today i notice a "heat" smell commin from outside when i parked the car and notice a little bit of smoke commin from under the driver side when i open the door... i look under and see that the smoke is comin from the cats (or arround there) and saw that that area was stained w/ what looks like oil.
i have scrubed more than i would like to too.

any idea of why the psi is low now after the oil change? could it be that im low on oil? .

thanx guys

Oil pressure depends on your engine temp and engine speed. Higher your rpm's, the higher your pressure. At idle, when my car is warm my oil pressure gage is exactly half way.
