Borla vs Nismo exhaust..

The H-pipe is hilarious. You're only option is to weld it, and even when I did, my new test pipes put seperating pressure on the pipes and eventually cracked the seal. (not isolated problem)
The muffler hangars vibrate from contact with the rods and had to be shaved. (not isolated problem)
It's overall ugly, both underneath and from the back. Tips are the nicest thing.
Sound is not different enough from stock to be worth the $$ or effort, and any power gains weren't noticed.
Mind you I did all the work myself so I'm not going off what any shop said or what I "thought" was the problem. I was glad to get rid of it.

I had the same problem with my borla The H pipe would leak so I had it welded and having it welded was a bad idea that made the whole exhaust rigid.so th engine torque ended up cracking the H pipe...I have since had flex pipes welded in the Y pipe and haven't had a problem since. I personally love the Borla sound a lot less rasp with TP then all the exhaust out for the Z..
