Default Apexi Intake System listed for US?

So came across this while looking up something else on the Apexi USA site. I know in the past it was only listed for non-US spec cars but it appears to be available for the US car now. http://www.apexi-usa.com/news_special.asp?id=8

i went from an injen rd to the apexi with a carbon tube and it sounds much better. very pronounced sound. as for performance my injen filter was so banged up and constantly dirty from being in the front bumper that it made this feel like alot more power up top. also my idle doesn't suck anymore. the apexi filter itself has a smaller filter area than a popcharger and the top of the filter has a funnel design that is supposed to channel the air. i would recommend it. they sell it at www.optauto.com
