Amuse will get you the closest, but that's not very close. Amuse is by far the best and most exotic sound to me, but it's out of my price range.

When it all said and done, no matter how much you spend, you will not duplicate the true Ferrari exhaust note from a six cylinder engine.

 

Ferrari V12 is what is making the wonderful noise.

The Ferrari motor is making a good portion of the noise you're hearing. I've had the chance to spend time in them as my old man has a few.

 

I usually don't join in on the flaming...but my gosh...you drive a Z! Hate to break it to you but there is no way in fukcing hell you are going to get a $30k car to sound like a $180k+ car, let alone a ferrari, arguably one of the best sounding brands of vehicles of ALL TIME.

Not gonna happen, thats like all the motorcycle companies trying to copy the Harley-Davidson sound, you can come close but you wont get close enough.

 

The sound you hear from a ferarri comes from more than a simple exhaust kit. Here's a suggestion:

Install a PA on your Z

Record the engine sound of a Ferarri

Blast the recording out your PA as you drive by your friends

Sit back and revel your absolute Poserness.

unbolt everything from the headers back, it will sound cool. or get a buddy with a Z, both of you get single exhausts, roll down the window and drive next to each other

You can't replicate the sound of a Ferrari with a V-6 however you can easily replicate the sound of a F-1 car with a V-6 (or a V-12). Just run catless with a single piped exhaust and you will get the F-1 sound for sure.
