Does headers and catback systems affect gas mileage?
and the best headers are crawford but pretty costly and most people feel headers arent worth the time or money. get an exhaust some high flow cats or test pipes and a plenum spacer and u will find its worth the money

it should help slightly, but probably nothing you'll notice, as for the best headers thats purely a matter of opinion. i personally have nismo headers, but i'm not saying they're the best ones out there...

and plumpzz - expelling heat is still wasting energy. the only way you can increase power and efficiency is by converting heat to work. you can't do that (much) by changing headers or whatever...
