First off i wanna say that i don't street race nor support it so don't flame me for this post. Anyway here's the story...there's this new kid at my job who owns an RSX TypeS and been talking smack about he can smokes any employees car that work at my job including me. He challenged me and i didn't wanna do it at first so i ignored him then it got heated to a point where he downgrade the Z and calling me a chickensh**t So it's on and we decided to race at the next street by our work. If u guys live around ChinoHills its on MonteVista between Eucalyptus and Edison so basically it's on business street and it's like 1.5mile long between each stoplights...so we raced from a dig and smoked his azz using Alberto style shifting technique 3x in a row but here's the thing at the end of last race i was about to make a right turn on Edison i saw 3 cops about to make a left turn at our street where we raced so i was scared s**tless thought i was gonna get busted but i kept on going until i hit the freeway and gunned it and made it home safely. The next day i came to work everyone that watched the race said that there was 10 cops last nite after we split scattered everyone away and nobody got pulled over...but what got me nervous was when the kid told me that we might gotta ticket in the mail because when we lined up to race that stoplight has a camera not the one that flash your lic.plate when u ran the red light but i'm talking about the other ones that records the traffic. Is this true that cops can look at the record from the camera see who was racing that nite and bust us???? Thanx for your info

 

uh.... I think you'll be fine.... They didn't bust you on site. There's no proof of you racing. The worst case is getting a red light ticket.

you'll probably be fine. in FL there are all KINDS of warrants being sent out to unsuspecting people who are racing down here. cops set up mostly in the industrial areas where people hang all night and run. they get taped, tagged, and pos. ID'd and they get a NTA in the mail or they get picked up. sucks, but they gotta be sneaky to get people without the risk of someone getting hurt when everyone rices up and runs.

 

I was just wondering since the cops didn't bust us on site they might take it a little further and investigate by checking those cameras ya know...because in SoCal they take streetracing very very seriously since it kills many people already hence the "10 cops showed up at the scene" plus they didn't find nothing when they get there and wanna be **** about it later idk maybe i'm just paranoid
