Default Intake question about JWT...

Okay my lucky friend just got a 350z (got one before me), and he wants an intake... I've researched and found that the JWT is the most preferred intake for the 350z, at least on this site... So told him to go with JWT. But he wants something that has maybe a chrome or polished pipe, is there anything comparable to JWT but maybe looks nicer? please don't flame.

If he wants to go FI dont get it. Just be throwing money away. But for the price the jwt popcharger is cheap and easy to install if his going to keep it na. It would be hard to chrome something like that unless (i hate saying this) to find a maf that is a diff color. There is nothing really to chrome on the jwt except for the heat shield.
There are other companies out there that make intakes, just search and see what you come up with.

no i was talking about something with a polished (or chrome or powder coated) intake pipe... But i looked around for pics, and I think the K&N typhoon or injen short ram is more of what i was looking for.

I just need to know if they have gains that are at least as good as the JWT.

you wont see big gains from any intake...do some research, theres plenty of info on here to help you make your decision if you do end up getting one.
