Yeah, I'm being a smart *** now, but what the hell! If you searched the nissan accessory sites and made a freakin' phone call to the vendor or your local tuner we wouldn't even need this or about any other thread on this site... unless you're trying to generate revenue by selling your product. Then they should be paying for adverts on this site so the moderators can get rid of the "premium member" crap and put in a decent search engine. You guys complaining about getting "redundant q's" need to get off your high horses.

I can understand some complaints; which sounds better (WHO CARES), anyone have this exhaust (wtf is that! and 53 people responded!), stillen cai installed (39 post - but the cai comes with installation instructions and I can train my dog to do it) etc etc... People keep feeding these, yet they aren't anymore valid or valuable posts or questions than someone who didn't know the '07 has a dual intake.

Just answer the questions. So what if the person asking is ignorant? It's better than being stupid. Then, quit feeding the crap posts so it's easier to search without having to filter through this menusha

I agree with most of the members, i dont see this intake making much more than the stock. Unless the MAF housing is a larger dia. (if it even IS a bottleneck) this seems to be more of waste than a viable gain...

i hope dynos prove me wrong tho..

twin popchargers should be well under 300 when they come out... and probably will have CARB stickers.

Im gonna agree with this guy.
To me just looks like nicer boxes. I think the stock set up might be better then people bank on. IM curious to see the tests though

Umm...My old Acura CL-S 2002 ran 14.2 at 99.8 mph with headers thats it.

Sorry to say but its not a slow car. I use to have 2 G35's, one a 05 as well. I have a friend with a G35 Coupe 6mt, we ran from a roll on the highway and I did pull from him in my current 06 TL 5AT stock slowly. But we just did only that gear pull for a little bit. I was actually surprised. The cars have good top end, but they are a bit slow off the line.

The Stillen intake on the older G35's gained about 8-10hp dyno proven. It didn't have the problem from the long tube CAIs that made them lose low end power it gained throughout the powerband.

Intakes make your car sound much better though. And it might be good for a few HP due to the improved venturi ring efficiency compared with stock.

If you don't want to buy it, then don't buy it.

Wut are you crazy 14.2 a supercharged cl-s on car and driver ran exsatly that time 14.2. If you look up the specs the car runs 14.7-15.0 stock and does 0-60 in 6.6-6.9. And i raced my freinds liek 12 times with my old car pontaic grand prix gtp and ripped it badley. And the pontiac wasnt nearly as fast as the z. The pontiac ran mid 14s

Heres the link for proof Its a 2002 acura cl-s supercharged and it runs 14.2 @104 even supercharged a z or a g with a good driver will still own it.

http://www.caranddriver.com/specialt...cl-type-s.html

Its impossible for a stock acura cls to keep up with a stock g35. You say you run 14.2 with headers i guess the headers gained u .8 seconds in the quater mile and u did a 1.7 launch lol. You must have got 40 hp with those headers only way you could run that time. My freinds stock 1.8t smokes cls and it only has 175hp and does quater mile in like 14.7 and he beats it badley

magazines correct for conditions, therefore the results could be different, for example this guy could have ran his in negative da, where as the magazine would have corrected for that

c&d tested the 07 z at 13.7 for the 1/4, veetec ran a 13.3, and has the slips to prove it, is he a liar to?

Um no I am not crazy. I have timeslips, pictures, and the headers give the CL-S 30 hp dyno proven.

Actually they do make power at least on the older Z/G. Read Nissan Sport Magazine a article about 2 yrs ago on intake comparisons.
