I didnt read this thread so excuse me if Im repeating something already said.
Simply answering the title...
There is no best part. While there may be several high quality part stand outs, that doesnt guarantee that if you buy all brand name parts that they will work well together or that your gains will be higher than "mediocre" parts.
Some setups dont like certain parts and so on, some exhausts will change the powerband differently (y pipe design vs TD), so really just try to gather parts that work well together and tune the car when you are done.

I don't know much about anything- which is why a thread like this can be both perfect for me and the worst thing that ever happened. The difference is whether I look at this in conjunction with a bunch of other threads (yusss) or if I rely on this solely to determine my final choice (d'oh!).
I'm running a JWT 700 kit and looking to replace my Stillen. Roughly 80% of the guys in here (and one woman I think) said the Greddy Evo TT was the best FI exhaust (for T or TT anyway). I combine that with the fact that I see basically 0 used ones for sale...
Deductive reasoning suggests that it may, in fact, be the best FI exhaust out there.
And that jives with what I recently learned from Nitrouz a bit ago when I bumped into him in Van recently- and it seems to me that he knows a thing or two about such subjects.
So while I agree with guys who say this thread doesn't answer your questions directly- I think it can work really well when combined with what a person has learned in other threads or other sources.

Im looking in this exhaust system for my o4 base. I wanted to ask about this one because of all the opinions this system was not mentioned. Any opinions

That exhaust is SERIOUSLY way over-priced. We used to offer a rear canister one like that for $1,000 less that they are asking!
Your bank account...your call. Just sayin'...

just my two cents - you don't always need to spend top dollar for exhaust for sound or performance
2006 350Z base 6MT
Kinetix cat delete - XO2 Exhaust w/ Magnaflow X-Pipe
zero rasp and minimal droning at highway speeds - i'll see if i can upload a video clip soon
btw - this is my girlfriend's Z. i bought her the exhaust and did the welding at my shop and did install.
