whistling sound after CF intake tube

so i installed a CF intake tube in my Z. ever since I've had it on there whenever I accelerate I can hear a brief whistling sound coming from the tube. Is that normal or what?

Yeah pretty much, but you might have the one with the tiny turbo in it. Hold it up to the light, you'll see it better.
