Default UTR Intake question

I bought a CF UTR Intake tube from another my350z member a few months ago and just recently one of the couplers that came with it, ripped. I was wondering if anyone else ever had that problem.

Thanks I appreciate it, I was looking for a place to buy new ones. I might just replace them with Silicon.
