Default Help With RSR exhuast!!!!

I just recently put on my new RSR GT II exhuast and the thing sounds nuts. I was told it sounds even better without the silencers so i decided to remove them. Me and my friends got one of them out and it came out clean and easy. Then on my passanger side the other silencer wont budge. I've tried everything i could think of such as pulling on it with plyers and heating it with a torch but the thing doesnt want to come out...Anyone have this problem or any suggestions??? thanks.

Do not hit it for one. If you do the metal will expand and make it tighter. Try making a hook with something and sticking it through and pulling it from the back with like a clothes hanger or something.

A clothes hanger wont even come close to being strong enough to pull out the silencer. I used a crow-bar with hook on the end and it was still a b*tch to pull them out.

lol i had the same exhaust on my old Z. it does get hard to remove the silencer but at least you know it's working. don't heat it up, you're making it more difficult. after your car has cooled down get some plyers and wrap it around a towel and grip it at the end. tug on it up and down and from left to right. do this while you pull out with a strong force. it should pop it out. good luck.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I tried it all but it still wont come out. I guess my only option is to take it to a shop and see what they can do. Thanks again for all the advice.
