+1 i don't think the k&N 63 series gets the recognition it deserves. i sold my popcharger and got it, it comes with a huge heat shield/box to prevent heat soak. and the piping is plastic as well. I like it alot and would suggest you try it.

i had a 2 month old one with 200 miles on it, sold it this week for $160, still almost brand new.

I have a Nismo CAI also, I want to change it to a short ram somehow.. I did it the other day, basically I took the bends out of it..But after a while I can tell it get heat soaked. thinking of buying a popcharger but I have zero parts of the stock air system? I wonder if I can make it work?
