if anyone can help me im getting two obx evo mufflers on my z, im gona get custom piping done but i dont think they are gona install resonators on the car? does the shop have 2? also do i need really need the resonators? would da z sound like crap without them? if anyone could give me advice, thanks

I just spoke with the shop, and they said they had several resonators and will install 4, two ahead of the tips and two behind. Yes, you need the resonators, in addition to improving the sound, resonators also balance the flux pulses. No worries, go for it!

ISMSOLUTIONS

Rear advice - star without the resonators - and see what it sounds like first. Also, make sure you get an X pipe - not an H pipe. You can also get what's called a resonated X pipe - from Magnaflow, and kill two birds with 1 stone.
