Umm, I don't know of any picture guides but it is VERY easy IMO. Only thing you need to remove from the engine back is the intake...

And from then you should practically be able to jack the car up and figure it out

Need a lot of extensions and an O2 socket.

Hardest part of the whole thing is getting the cat/test pipe on and off the headers. As mentioned above you will have to go through the top and bottom on the driver side. It's a knuckle buster, but not the hardest thign in the world. My HFC's took about 2 hours from start to finish. I was lucky enough to have new bolts connecting my headers to my cats so it wasn't too bad. If i were still running stock headers i would have had problems.

Make sure to use New bolts/washers and new gaskets to avoid having to do it again.

Installation is straight forward:

Spray nuts and bolts the evening before with penetrating fluid.
New gaskets.

Remove oxygen sensor after removing catalytic converter. There is a special socket with a slot in the side for the sensor wire.

Take the o2 sensors off first. If you don't have an o2 socket, you can just use a 7/8" wrench. Then unbolt the y-pipe from the cats and let it hang. There are two bolts on each cat that you have to get from the top (engine bay) and one on each that you can get easily from the bottom. When re-installing the sensors, use anti-seize on the threads. That's about it.
