Default Y piping?

What is Y piping? Does a plenum spacer do anything for an 07 Z? I'm getting CAI's, Headers and a Dual Exhaust System... any suggestions? Also what would be the pros/cons of TP's vs. HFC's?

Mods for the 2007 are limited. Of course you have been studying the intake and exhaust forum. What have you found?

Well i guess my main question is... Will any header work with any TP and exhaust or do they have to match perfectly?

The ID (inner diameter) of most exhaust plumbing is 2.0 to 3.0 inches. Some members insist on a perfect match. Others do not.

Header to test pipe above.

Test pipe to header above.

Test pipe to cat back exhaust above.
