omg homie, SEARCH. short answer is: nismo will look better and be more expensive. pop charger is cheaper (and if you've seen it its just a cone with a heat sheild). also, pop charger has had a notorious issue of shutting your car off if you're going fast and pop into neutral. Performance wise shouldn't really matter.

 

Performance won't be notably different, in fact you're better off with the stock box and K&N unless sound is important to you.

Any short ram will be easier to maintain than any CAI since removing, cleaning, and re-installing the filter is a snap. But I love my Nismo's sound and don't mind the cleaning routine too much. So as said above, pros and cons exist for each type.
