Just got finished with the install and i am completely satisfied with the exhaust. Fit and finish was great, and all the mounting points were dead on. As for sound it wasn't quite as loud as i expected upon start up, but once you actually get out on the road it sounds amazing. Still has the Z tone but definitely louder and more aggressive with no rasp at all. DRFTER Z what exhausts are you considering? The pics i have seen of it don't do the NUR-spec justice, especially the muffler which has an excellent polish. I will post some pics tomorrow.

Great exhaust. It sounds louder with high flow cats or test pipes. I love the sound of mine. It sounds almost exactly like the sound clip here: http://www.everything350z.com/exhaust.html

^^I don't like the way that sounds. It completely takes away the VQ note.

Here are a few quick pics. Please excuse the appearance but my work has a gravel parking lot and i haven't had time to wash the Z. I have never heard the nismo in person, but it is louder than stock by a long shot. quiet at cruising speeds, but during acceleration it gives a nice note that will bring a smile to your face.

I would like to get the car dynoed just out of curiosity. I didn't feel any difference at all when i put the intake on, but i do believe the exhaust made a noticable difference in response and performance.

Sounds like a VQ when you're driving normal. It does get a lot of "unique tone" comments from fellow 350 owners. To each his own.
